Cancellation Policy
The Golden Mix – Spray Tan Policies & Liability Waiver 1. Liability Waiver By booking an appointment with The Golden Mix, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You understand that spray tanning involves the application of DHA-based products to the skin to create a temporary tan. You confirm that you have disclosed any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent treatments (such as waxing, laser, or exfoliation) that may affect your results or skin reaction. You understand that results vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare, and The Golden Mix cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You agree that The Golden Mix is not responsible for any allergic reactions, staining of clothing or personal items, or undesired results due to improper prep or aftercare. You release The Golden Mix and its technicians from any liability for injury, loss, or damages that may occur as a result of your spray tan service. 2. No‑Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy To respect our time and other clients: A card on file is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no‑show if the appointment cannot be completed. No‑shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Same‑day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. By booking, you authorize The Golden Mix to charge your card on file according to this policy. 3. Media Release You grant The Golden Mix permission to capture and use photos or videos of your spray tan results for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials. You understand that your images may be edited, shared, or published. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please notify your technician before your appointment. Your privacy will always be respected. 4. Client Responsibilities To ensure the best results: Follow all prep and aftercare instructions provided by The Golden Mix. Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, deodorant, and makeup. Wear loose, dark clothing after your appointment. Avoid water, sweating, or skin friction until your first rinse. Failure to follow prep or aftercare guidelines may affect your results and is not the responsibility of The Golden Mix. 5. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.
